Good News from Maginn Machinery

Due to increasing demand from our customers for extraction and Bio-mass systems, our Operations Director Fintan Ryan has now fully dedicated his time to servicing this division of the business .

We welcome Sean O Sullivan in the role of Service Manager to ensure that all our customers maintain the service levels that have been established by Fintan over the years. Sean comes from a family of Field Service Engineers; Sean grew up in this industry and claims to have built his first motor control panel at the age of 12.

Sean's career that began 1998 in one of Europe’s largest Joinery Manufacturers. He then joined Maginn Machinery in 2006 and in this time, he has become an expert on installing, servicing and training on all types of machines and models.

In 2016 Sean was promoted to a Senior Engineer position within the company. It is a natural progression therefore for Sean to move into the role of Service Manager while Fintan oversees the Biomass and extraction division.

Sean's motto ,"If you're not learning , you're not living“.  The service team are familiar with Sean’s motto and our new members of the team will also be introduced to this customer-centric motto.

We also welcome Frank McKenna in the centre of Northern Ireland, Paul Flaherty in the west, Glen Keatley in the south east and  Eddie Sheehy as our representative in Munster to the Maginn team.

In recognition of the quality service system that has been built over the past four years, we are also delighted to confirm that Maginn Machinery received the great achievement of the Q mark for service in 2020.

We look forward to Sean taking on the role and developing our service area and customer solutions even further.
