The Multi Pusher 2.4 is a separate auxiliary pusher operating aside the main one. It manages different sub-formats with a single cut, improving machine performance and flexibility.

Configure the machine with automatic conveyors to manage multiple stacks efficiently according to workflow. A turning table adds flexibility to the material flow.
Cross buffer zone for higher capacity
Manage up to three different stacks within the working area at once. Positioning strips here allows the cross area to work while the loading process restarts without interruptions. The machine automatically moves the stack to the cross area for seamless operation.

Automatic removal of rip trim cuts
A trim ejecting device on the main pusher directs trims to a dropping section located after the rip cutting line for easy manual or automatic collection.
Material versatility
- Panels: Processes chipboard, MDF, plywood, and other wood-based materials in various sizes and thicknesses.
- Thin sheets: Rear lifting table loads thin panels with precision. Pickup counting device recommended for panels under 10mm.
- Delicate materials: Handles soft foams, honeycomb, and high-gloss materials with NC-controlled grippers and pressure beam system, preventing scratches or damage.
