Woodworking Center Designed for Craftsmen
Elevate daily manufacturing with automation, quality, and reliability. Equipped with a 5-axis operating unit, this advanced solution handles both solid wood and furniture with precision and versatility.

More Flexibility on Processing

The 5-axis unit allows a full range of machining operations, giving the operator maximum control. Paired with the 3D bSolid simulator, it ensures precise programming and error-free execution.

Dedicated Boring Heads

The machine comes equipped with reliable, high-performance boring heads depending on the application:

  • BH17 L: Multi-purpose, with 10 vertical spindles (5 in X, 5 in Y), 3 double-outlet spindles (2 in Y, 1 in X), and an X-axis blade.
  • BH29 2L: Focused on heavy boring, with 17 vertical spindles (6 Y, 11 X), 5 double-outlet spindles (2 Y, 3 X), and two blades along X and Y axes.

Smart Table Positioning

SA positioning system facilitates operator setup with lights on the carriage indicating required movements, reducing errors and speeding up manual table adjustments.

Full Accessibility

Compact and ergonomic with full bumper safety setup, providing 360° operator access. Ensures safe, user-friendly machining tasks.

Piece Secured to Place

The machine works with a 6-carriage table, each carriage equipped with 3 or 4 pods depending on the application. Pieces are held using:

  • 360° tiltable (15° steps) vacuum pods
  • Uniclamp system (horizontal and vertical options)

B_SOLID CAD-CAM

Create any program, which is translated into precise CNC instructions to minimize human errors and ensure accurate machining.

Manage Multiple Pieces on the Working Area

Easy Zone technology allows two vacuum levels: low for positioning and high for secure holding once pieces are correctly placed, automatically activated when the program starts.

Panel Furniture

Efficiently manage panel machining with precision and repeatability.

Solid Wood

Capable of handling minor machining cycles on solid wood components.
