The new presser section guarantees greater suction and a minimum workable piece of 30mm.

STEEL SUPPORTING FRAME
The steel supporting frame, now even more rigid to allow
a cutting width of up to 4200 mm.
Machined with a CNC system in a single setup to ensure flatness and squareness across all dimensions.
NEW 10” CAPACITIVE TOUCHSCREEN
A new 10” capacitive touchscreen is available on request - larger, faster, and more precise.
The software, based on Windows 10 with a simple and modern interface, also allows importing cutting patterns generated by external optimizers.
It extends customization options, manages up to 4 axes, and supports remote assistance.
MULTI-STOP ELECTRONIC FENCE
Multi-Stop electronic fence, completely redesigned to be more efficient and flexible.
Equipped with 4 retractable tilting stops, with a total pitch of 2000 mm, an opening of 1300 mm (2100 mm on request), and a height of 39 mm, allowing the positioning of multiple stacked panels.
The automatic exclusion function of the 4 stops allows the complete clearance of the rear table directly from the front of the machine.
PRESSURE BEAM
The full-length pressure beam provides maximum protection and excellent hold, even for thin panels. Both dust extraction connections are located on the top side, simplifying installation and freeing up floor space. The use of metal pipes increases air speed, ensuring better extraction performance.
HIGH PRECISION
High precision: the Concept ELITE 350 can tilt the blade
up to 46°, with electronically controlled inclination and digital decimal display. Only on the Concept ELITE 450 model, designed for cutting thick materials, is the blade fixed and cannot be tilted.
PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
New pneumatic system managing the lifting of the blade and the scorer with speed and maximum precision. The compact blade unit slides on prismatic guides with recirculating ball bearings, ensuring accuracy and stability.
TELESCOPIC SQUARING FENCE
Telescopic squaring fence extendable up to 2500 mm (3400 mm on request), equipped with two mechanical (flip-over) stops. Available on request with digital readouts or fully motorized (4 axes, max opening 3600 mm), managed via touchscreen.
TABLE FOR ANGLED CUTS
Upon request, a practical, easily removable table for angled cuts will be provided, featuring mechanical angle reading ±50° and an extendable, removable fence up to 2400 mm. Digital displays for angle and workpiece length are available upon request.
NEW LASER
The new positioning laser, available on request, facilitates angled cuts or simple trimming by projecting the cutting line onto the panel.
