Coral Tecnodry Spray Booth

Model

Dry booth for continuous painting of even large workpieces, with high-efficiency fans in non-sparking version and the possibility of installing extended walls and roof to optimize suction speed.

Dry paint booths Coral, are designed following criteria of versatility, modularity and efficiency. They are constructed entirely from galvanized sheet metal panels bolted together: the side panels and partitions are load-bearing. The suction front is equipped with filter-holder ducts arranged to house a double stage of filtration. The centrifugal fan is mounted on the roof in a non-sparking version; the range includes different widths in two construction heights with the possibility of having simple suction walls (version A) or with side walls and extended roof (version B).

  • Energy saving: centrifugal fan optimizes suction using less power
  • Front suction: the booth is easily positioned in front of the work area
  • Standard paper filter: additional filter stages as needed
  • No dispersion: airflow conveys airborne paint particles to filters
  • Versatile, modular and efficient
  • Availability of different width and height sizes to accommodate all types of processing
  • High-efficiency non-sparking vacuum cleaners with low-noise ATEX 3G/D motor

Through the exhaust fan mounted on the roof of the booth, a vacuum is created that results in the forced circulation of a flow of air through the filters. This flow conveys the paint particles suspended in the air to the filters without dispersion into the environment. The first filtration stage captures paint pigments having larger particle sizes while the second fiberglass stage retains finer ones; air purified of solid pigments is expelled by the fan.
